1. The snow stopped and the sun came out. It even got above freezing. You can't see it, but I'm actually smiling. I didn't really think it would be a good day considering it started with me spending a looong time trying to unstuck the toilet. But it eventually flowed like, well, water, and the day progressed from there.
2. I tried to use a battery charger to get my car started. I've used it before to jump start the tractor and the van, so it's not like I've never done this before. I left it hooked up for 5 hours since it was dry and clear out there today. At the end of the day I went out to give it a try and . . . nothing. Deader than dead. Of course it could be because I had the charger set to the wrong voltage.
Sigh I thought that there were just two settings to choose from, but there were three. So while I thought I had it set to 12V, I really had it on 2V. What the hell runs on 2 volts? Anyway, I'll give it another try this week if the weather stays clear.

( BSG! OMG! )4. I turned on the Super Bowl after BSG ended at 7PM, and, hey - one helluva football game broke out. That was downright exciting. I was rooting for the Steelers, but the Cardinals have nothing to be ashamed of at all. Between the game and BSG I'm pretty wound up, but in a good way. Sleep should be a challenge, but I'll give it my best shot. Of sherry. (Out of Bailey's. Oh, noeees!)
