Valentino chases Hannibal with intent to do harm. They're both machos (adult male studs), and sometimes the testosterone flies.

The running is accompanied by high-pitched screeching, biting, body blocks, and sometimes - if the males still have their fighting teeth intact - castration. My big fear is that one of them would break a leg very seriously and have to be euthanized. At our other house, we'd literally hose them down to break up the fight, but here we have to put ourselves in between them to try to break them up. It only sounds dangerous :)


They finally stopped. Valentino is panting for breath, as is Hannibal in the background.
Stupid males.

Seriously dumb boys. But Deb definitely has the space if they need to be fully separated to make them behave.

You're home! I saw that you were stuck in traffic. Hope your headache is better, too.

We'd need a shelter for whoever gets evicted. I was just telling Maddie that at least we need a time-out area where we can separate them. They were really going at it. I think it's because so many of the girls are due.
