I *completely* agree with you about the music! And as for the hips, mine do the same thing some mornings if I stay on my side too long. *sigh* Would yoga help? I keep pondering it, and even have a tape, but 'procrastination' is my middle name, so pondering is only as far as I ever get. *L*
