This is Astra on the right and her daughter Hopscotch - or Hoppy, as we call her. We bought them a few months ago; they're both very shy, and with the almost 40 alpacas in the barn, they just kind of kept out of sight. Today, though, the herd got split up between Deb and her former business partner. We now have only 17 alpacas in the barn, and I'm hoping to be able to get Astra and Hoppy more comfortable with us.
