Deb rents out most of her acreage to a local farmer. He came in today to start harvesting the wheat.

It was very hot and humid today, but fortunately we also had a nice wind blowing to help mitigate the nastiness. A brief storm rolled in around 5PM, and then everything got calm and humid again. The skies have some clouds, and the mist is coming in.

The house is like a steam bath tonight. Bring back the wind! Or at least a breeze. I don't foresee a lot of sleep happening around here.
