This tree has been down for over a year, felled by one of the big wind storms that we get around here. I just love that tree; it looks so graceful, as if it's bowing. I'll be very sad on the day the farmer decides to cut it up and clear it away.

Abandoned farm house

I believe this was the original farm house on this property; there's also an abandoned mill? granary? attached to it. I'd love to explore it, but there's a newer occupied farm house just a bit to the rear and side of this building. I suppose I can suck up the courage to ask the owners. Someday.
